Alabama Winds Future Music Educator Scholarship Kaitlyn Heritage – American Christian Academy, Clarinet – University of Alabama

Auburn University, The University of Alabama, The University of Alabama – Birmingham, The University of Montevallo and Troy University each donated a middle school and high school summer music camp scholarship for Alabama Winds to present at our spring concert. Alabama Winds would like to thank these fine universities for allowing music students from around the state to participate in a summer music camp.

Each student was required to fill out an online application and obtain two references from their current band director and another teacher. The Scholarship Committee worked diligently to choose these outstanding students for summer music study, and we wish them the best of luck!
