Attendance Policy

To ensure the success of Alabama Winds, which rehearses only once per month, the presence of all members at every rehearsal is essential. Consequently, members are required to attend all scheduled rehearsals. Rehearsal and concert dates are announced several months in advance, providing ample time for members to arrange their schedules accordingly. Rehearsals are generally held on the third Sunday of each month. Should a member find themselves unable to attend a rehearsal, they must notify the personnel manager via online form. Each request for absence will be considered on an individual basis.

Dues Policy

Members who are selected for the performance roster agree to pay the annual membership dues in the amount of $60.00. The membership dues are solely used for operation expenses of the organization.
